 What We&#8217;re Looking For 
 
 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution 
 Active California State Veterinary License (or eligibility to obtain) 
 DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) 
 Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California 
 Committed to ongoing personal growth and assisting the development of others 
 
 Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian 
 You&#8217;ll play a key role in delivering preventive, diagnostic, and comprehensive care to companion animals, while also serving as a trusted advisor and compassionate resource for their families. 
 Focus Areas: 
 
 Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, and more) 
 Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and licensed support staff within a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work-life balance 
 New and recent graduates : Develop confidence in clinical and surgical skills with direct mentorship allowing you to grow at a pace tailored to you

 Mentorship &#38; Student Programs 
 Our Student Job Program offers hands-on experience for 2nd-year students and up, supervised by licensed veterinarians. This program helps students apply classroom knowledge to real-world practice, developing diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
