Our privately owned, 9 doctor mixed animal practice focuses on high-quality medicine, teamwork, and customer service.  The large animal division is comprised of approximately 85% equine, 5% bovine, with the remaining 10% small ruminants, porcine and camelids.   The successful candidate will be provided a fully stocked ambulatory vehicle, assigned a technician, and offered a generous benefits package including personal pet benefits and medical benefits.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  In addition to salary, you will also receive 23% of your production.  Compensation is based on a Pro-Sal model starting at minimum $120,000.00 base salary, with no negative accrual.  Liability, and Disability insurance is included.  Licenses, AVMA, AAEP, and CVMA dues as well as a $3500.00 continuing education allowance are all paid by our practice.  A 10K sign-on bonus to use as you wish, company funded employee assistance program, and a $500.00 a month for 1 year housing stipend is offered with a signed contract.
