Hassayampa Veterinary Services, a 3 DVM mixed general practice (horses, dogs, cats) located in the quaint western community of Wickenburg AZ (Team Roping Capital) is hopeful to welcome a F/T associate (EQ/SA/Mixed) to our growing team.   HVS is a privately owned, spacious and well-equipped hospital focused on personalized, quality care for the pets in our community and we are honored to have recently been voted Best of the Burg, # 1 veterinarian for the 4th consecutive year.  Our caseload is busy and diverse, ranging from preventative care to sports medicine and emergencies.  Equine services include in-hospital as well as ambulatory calls.  Interests in small animal surgery, urgent care, internal medicine or alternative services welcomed.  Expanding services to include farm animals or exotics is being considered and open to discussion.   Ideal candidates are experienced (strong new graduates encouraged to apply), motivated, have an exceptional work ethic, understand the current needs in the veterinary industry, and are looking to join a community in which they can establish roots and build lasting relationships through education, exceptional care, commitment and dependability.   We offer a 4-day work week with rotating Saturday (8am-12pm) and after-hours emergency responsibilities.  Competitive benefits include group health insurance, dental and vision, a 401k, life insurance policy, PTO, employee discounts, CE allowance and licensing.  Compensation is salary based and DOE.
