In this role, you will be the smiling face of our progressive small animal hospital, providing exceptional service to our clients and their furry companions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering phones, invoicing clients, and accurately inputting data into our systems. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent computer skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong communication abilities. Multi-tasking is key in our fast-paced environment, so the ability to stay organized and focused is essential.
