Educational Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Active and valid state veterinary license in Arizona or in the process of obtaining license.
Professional Experience:
1. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting. (new graduates welcome)
2. Surgical experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
3. High level of emotional intelligence and stress tolerance.
Certifications and Continuing Education:
1. USDA Accreditation preferred but not necessary.
