Lake Alfred Animal Hospital seeks a full-time theriogenologist to join our fantastic practice and become our second doctor. Our hospital assists in ethical canine reproduction, alongside offering wellness exams, general surgery and dentals, ultrasound, digital radiography, and a full in-house lab. We have an in-house progesterone machine and assist with breeding via vaginal artificial insemination and surgical inseminations! We also offer OFA radiographs to ensure that we are breeding a healthy patient and encourage maintaining breed standards.

This is an ideal position for an experienced veterinarian with prior theriogenology experience.

Lake Alfred is a wonderful place to live and work – We are strategically located in the heart of Central Florida. Located just 6 miles south of Interstate-4 between Tampa and Orlando. You will find our 5,000 square foot facility quietly nestled under moss-drenched oak trees. We are close to all of the major theme parks (Legoland, Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Busch Gardens), various beaches, dining, golf courses, and entertainment.
