Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (CUVS) is seeking a Hospital Director/Hospital Administrator. The Hospital Director (HD) is a mission-critical senior leadership position. Reporting directly to the President, the HD is responsible for the overall operational, administrative and non-medical management of the hospital and is actively involved in overall strategy, providing consultation to the President and guidance to other Directors. The HD has responsibility for the fiscal performance of the hospital, supervises and mentors managers and, together with the President and Chief Medical Officer, owns the maintenance of a positive, engaged and high performing culture.
