Veterinary Technician
We are a rapidly growing equine surgery and sports medicine practice adding on to our team. Currently, we are seeking a veterinary technician for a full-time position. Job Duties: - Assisting with surgical procedures both elective and emergent - Administering and monitoring anesthesia and assisting during the recovery period - Properly cleaning and providing as needed maintenance to equipment such as the autoclave, ventilator, endoscopes, surgical instruments, dental float, etc. - Restraining patients for exams, treatments, and procedures - Patient care including administering treatments, bandage changes, and husbandry - Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of stock throughout all areas of the hospital - Keeping detailed and accurate records both on paper and electronically - Colle
