We are currently seeking a full time veterinarian to join our team.
We are a veterinarian owned and run, 4 doctor, long-established small animal practice in central Wyoming. We focus on impeccable client communication and education to help our clients make the best decisions for their pets’ care. Our clients want the best for their pets and come to us to get it.
We have fantastic, experienced, long-term staff in all areas of the practice. We utilize their skills to allow our doctors to focus on medicine and patient care.
Teamwork runs through every part of our practice. Doctors consult with each other, mentor in their areas of excellence and offer help in tough cases. Technicians and assistants work together to communicate with clients and doctors, while reception staff communicates with everyone to help with efficiency.
We have all the tools you might need to practice excellent medicine: in house blood work, digital xray system + digital dental x-rays, separate surgical and dental suites, orthopedic equipment for bone plating and ACL repairs as well as a state of the art ultrasound.
With a recent remodel we have a large, open treatment area and 6 examination rooms.
Current doctor schedules include a 4 day week, no scheduled evening or weekend appointments. No boarding or grooming. Doctors currently rotate on call, 1 evening per week and 1 weekend of on-call per month. We’re open daily from 7:30-5:30 with 2 hour scheduled lunch breaks to accommodate lunch, client calls and charting.
We’re looking for someone who wants to make connections with clients and follow their pets from when they are young to when they are seniors. Outstanding communication with both staff and clients is imperative to our goal of client education.
Casper is a big little town with lots of opportunities for activities and outdoor recreation.
Miles of bike and hiking trails both in town and on the mountain. Winter skiing and snowshoeing is just 30 minutes up the mountain both downhill ski area and a world class cross country ski training facility. You can walk from the clinic to the river on your lunch hour!
Regional airport has multiple daily flights to larger hubs to facilitate easy travel.

Compensation depends on experience and production. Average yearly salary $100,000 - $130,000 for full time, experienced veterinarian.
Wyoming License or ability to apply to be licensed in Wyoming is required
