Managing DVM - Clinical Mentorship Programs
Job Summary The Managing DVM—Clinical Mentorship Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, continuous improvement and measurement of clinical mentorship programs. The core mentorship focus area for this role is new and newer grad mentorship with an emphasis on side-by-side mentorship and clinical skill building (i.e surgical and dental procedures), workflow efficiencies, and excellent verbal and written communications with clients, partners, and team members. The Managing DVM—Clinical Mentorship Programs should demonstrate a deep commitment to the profession and alignment to servant leadership attributes, including collaboration, empathetic listening, change-leadership, innovation, solution-orientation, and agility
