Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic is searching for a veterinarian who prioritizes client communication, has a positive attitude, and enjoys appointments just as much as surgery.
The role:
As our next doctor, your home-base will be Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic and you will have the opportunity to split time at our partner practice in Yakima -- Animal Medical Service. Your main focus will be small animal medicine; however, we also see companion animals and AMS treats equine patients for those interested in mixed animal services.

Background: Dr. Reed is a Yakima native, WSU grad, and has been practicing small animal medicine for the past 10 years. She takes special interest in providing high quality care and excellent client communication. She was even a kennel attendant at Terrace Heights nearly 23 years ago!
Leadership style: Dr. Reed’s goal is to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work through clear communication, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment. She fosters a culture of trust and accountability, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and feel confident in their abilities.
Commitment to mentorship: Dr. Reed thoroughly enjoys sharing knowledge, skills, and experience with others in a supportive and constructive manner. She feels strongly that mentorship benefits the mentee and the mentor and is eager to encourage others’ growth and develop her own leadership skills.
