Established in 1964 by Dr. A. L. Griffith and Dr. Wade Green, Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital started as a mixed-animal practice. Back then, Oak Forest was on the outside of town. Our large backyard was the site of many horse exams and even cattle exams. However, as time rolls along and change happens, Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital evolved, too. And, we will continue to evolve in order to provide the most current and complete care for our patients. Dr. Moore took over ownership of Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital on 12/31/2007. Along the years we made a lot of changes during the process of updating the practice to gold standards. The last of which was the construction of a new state of art building to match the medicine we practiced.Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital has a strong commitment to family. This family includes Dr. Moore’s family, our team and their priority to their own families.
