Pearland Animal Hospital has served the Pearland area for over 56 years.  It is a generational practice that values the small-town feel that only private ownership can nurture.  We are in Pearland, Texas, a thriving, affluent suburb on the south side of Houston with a diverse population of 135,000 people, convenient access to the big city, and proximity to the coast.

We have a beautiful, fully-updated building with all the necessities of a premier small animal clinic: ultrasound, dental radiography, in-house lab, digital radiography, large sterile surgery suite with dedicated climate control, etc.  We practice high-quality medicine and offer advanced surgeries.  Our team of support staff are all credentialed and trained, and our first priority is taking care of our people.

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes with ample flex and lunch time allotted during the day.  We work 4-day weeks and rotating Saturdays.  Time off is flexible; we strive to give everyone what they need.  We attract clients from a 30-mile radius, and several local clinics refer more complicated cases to us for treatment. We also see emergencies during business hours. Our clients trust us and typically do what we recommend, because they know us.

We are a 4-doctor practice expanding to 5.  There is plenty of demand to fully-book a new hire, so you will hit the ground running.  Full-time preferred, but part-time is available. New grads are welcome, and structured mentoring is encouraged.  Compensation can be salary or production with competitive signing bonus and full benefits (matched 401k, health, dental, vision, uniform, CE, EAP, maternity, etc.).
