Oak Tree Animal Hospital is located in scenic Danville, CA in walking distance of premier shopping and dining, providing a safe and fun environment to work/live.

Essential Responsibilities & Functions

• Dedication to provide patients with a high level of veterinary care while utilizing the latest advances in diagnostics & technology.
• A client service mindset with desire and ability to bring, build, and retain a strong client base.
• Enthusiasm about giving back to and building relationships with the local community.
• The ability to champion the practice’s objectives and values and inspire others.
• Follow the established policies and procedures that govern the normal operation of the hospital.
• Dedication efficiently handling caseloads and maintaining accurate records using SOAP templates for treatment plans and recommendations.
• Promote a collaborative working environment and encourage the value of teamwork.
• Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses to ensure that all animals receive time-sensitive care.
• Educate clients on the importance of vaccinations, heartworm treatments, flea and tick treatments and other aspects of preventive care.

Oak Tree Animal Hospital is a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. We are looking for someone who works well with a team in a collaborative setting, will bring their own progressive ideas and philosophies to the practice.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
• Not required however, a USDA Accreditation is a bonus!

About Oak Tree Animal Hospital

Oak Tree Animal Hospital was purchased from Dr John Gallagher in April of 2004 by Dr Budd Arnott then again in June of 2022 by Dr. Arman Behboud. Since the most recent purchase it has grown into a team of 17 with 3 doctors, 4 receptionists, 9 technicians and 1 practice manager. We are a small animal practice with focus on dogs and cats. We pride ourselves in the array of services we offer from vaccinations to acupuncture, specialty orthopedic surgeries and more. We look forward to serving the town of Danville and their animals for many, many more years to come.
