Shores Veterinary Emergency Center ( Shores) is a beautiful new fully equipped 24/7 emergency animal hospital located in Harrisburg PA.  Shores is hiring full-time OR part time veterinarians for day and overnight shifts.  SIGN-ON BONUS AND/OR RELOCATION BONUS AVAILABLE;  Mentorship is possible

What is the Full time schedule?

• Three 12 hour shifts per week allows for ample time off between a series of shifts
• Very Flexible Schedule allows for a variety of personal time.

• Salary:  starting/base salary $190,000 plus commission;  negotiable

Veterinary degree.  able to work 12 hour shifts, perform emergency surgeries and have great client communication skills

About SHORES VETERINARY EMERGENCY CENTER

Shores Veterinary Emergency Center is a 24/7 hospital providing emergency care to the community Shores has 7 exam rooms, a procedures room, a visiting room with a connecting outside beautiful patio and a triage room with a separate triage entrance. Shores also has two surgery suites ( "clean" and "dirty") with heated surgery tables and iv fluid warmers, a very functional isolation ward with separate outside entrance and enclosed yard, a large treatment area with 3 wet sink tables and 2 dry mobile tables, 8 Bionet monitors, 5 oxygen cages, Ligasure, ventilator, Quattro radiograph machine, Ultrasound, endoscopy, Heska cbc, chemistry, blood gas machines including PT aPTT tests, blood typing, cortisol, thyroid and blood ammonia level. We are willing to purchase additional equipment, medications or supplies that veterinarian may require.
