The Animal Emergency and Specialty Center (AESC) in Reno, Nevada is currently hiring an experienced Veterinary Hospital Administrator (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager credentialed candidates preferred) to join our management team. The ideal Hospital Administrator candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage AESC's human resources and daily business functions. Client care and client satisfaction experience is desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills and being a positive role model are expectations of this candidate. Three or more years of veterinary hospital management experience is required.
Established in 1992, the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center (AESC) is a fast paced 24-hour, multi-specialty practice. We serve the emergency, critical care, surgery, chemotherapy and physical therapy needs to the patients of over 75 referring hospitals from northern Nevada and northeastern California. AESC sees over 18,000 patients annually. We offer the highest quality emergency and surgery specialty medicine with fifteen emergency veterinarians, a board-certified surgeon along with two professional physical therapists. AESC has 20 Nevada Licensed Veterinary Technicians included within our highly skilled support team.
AESC is a unique practice in that our hospital is privately owned by 33 local veterinarians. Salary $80,000 - $100,000 +
