Cohutta Animal Clinic is a privately owned 2.5-doctor small animal general practice located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Our team consists of highly trained support staff with an excellent technician to doctor ratio. We believe in providing the best care to all of our patients, all the while enjoying our time working together as a team. Our patients are 99% canine and feline with very caring owners who are willing to pursue all types of diagnostics and the best care for their animals. Our clinic is currently growing into a brand new facility that will boast six exam rooms with a designated comfort room, state of the art dental and surgery suites, and large open treatment area.  We offer preventative care and vaccines, sick and emergency visits, soft tissue surgery, limited orthopedic surgery, full in house Idexx diagnostics, digital radiology, dental radiology. ultrasound, reproductive medicine, etc. 

Our hours are 8am to 5pm Monday- Friday with no after hours call or weekend emergencies. All after hours emergencies are referred to the local ER clinic, just 5 minutes from our location. 

This area is a recreational dream. Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains, just 1.5 hours north of Atlanta, this area has much to offer. Close to thousands of acres of national forest, outdoor activities such as hiking, whitewater rafting, boating are plentiful.  Downtown Blue Ridge has a bustling scene with breweries, amazing restaurants, and shopping. The town is extraordinarily dog friendly as well. Top notch medical care and school systems are all within reach. All of these attributes make this area an amazing place to call home.
