Eureka Animal Hospital is looking for a second full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our happy team in beautiful Miami, Florida.

Established in 1986, Eureka Animal Hospital has been helping clients and their pets with quality medicine and compassionate care for over 30 years.  Our motto is ‘exceptional care for every pet, every time’ and we strive to live our motto every day.  We also understand the client service is important and have always created a warm and friendly environment for our clients.

In addition to joining our doctor, you will be supported by a team of 9 team members including:

- customer service representatives

- veterinary technicians

- vet tech assistant staff.

Our in-house diagnostics include:

- digital radiography

- digital dental radiography

- Abaxis in-house CBC/chem machines as well as National BioVet, Heska and Idexx access

We are looking for a someone to join our happy team.  The successful candidate will be someone who is patient and understanding with clients, especially those clients who may not have the finances but try to do the best they can for their pets, as well as has great communication skills.  Since a significant portion of our clients speak Spanish, our next team member needs to be bilingual.  We will consider candidates that are not fluent but are willing to learn Spanish.  In addition, the successful candidate must be proficient in routine surgical procedures as well as dental procedures.  We are also looking for a team member who has the ability to be adaptable, has strong interpersonal skills, the business mind-set to drive financial results through quality veterinary medicine, and a strong client service mindset with the desire and ability to bring, build, and retain a strong client base.
