Overview

The ideal candidate would be ready to provide leadership, manage our associate veterinarians, and assure regulatory compliance related to the practice of veterinary medicine.  We are a fast-paced hospital, so the ability to balance patient care, management responsibilities, and mentorship is essential.  Further, the Medical Director will also partner with the Practice Manager to ensure outstanding business practices and uphold a high degree of professionalism in the hospital.  This individual will consult with Blue River PetCare on administrative affairs, capital purchases, and human resource matters as needed.

Position Requirements

• Licensure to practice in Utah (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license in good standing
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Ability and willingness to teach and mentor associates
