Want to have 40-minute appointments and not feel rushed every day?

Who We Are: We are a growing veterinary practice with dedicated, supportive team members who go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to our patients and phenomenal service to our clients. We are AAHA accredited and were nominated as an AAHA Practice Of The Year Finalist in 2019!
What Makes Us Different:
We value our veterinarians and make sure that they are taken care of. We think it’s important that you can come to work and feel valued and that your individual talents are appreciated, but also that you have working hours that allow you to get home at a decent time and not feel tethered to the clinic. We also have structured our technical team so that you have plenty of support. We utilize our technicians and empower them to handle things like creating medical care plans- speaking to clients about finances- completing most of the SOAP prior to passing off to the doctor-handling a large portion of client communication-having several technicians supporting appointments- and more!
We also have 40-minute appointment slots, so you have ample time to work with the client and pet and do not feel rushed with the industry typical 20-minute appointment time. Along with supporting our doctors on the floor, we also provide them with the ability to learn and grow in their interests and career by offering an ample CE budget, learning opportunities in and out of the clinic as well as being supportive of mistakes as we believe they are a learning opportunity for all.
