We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced small animal clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and business management, with a focus on customer service and team building.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all aspects of the clinic's business operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
Create and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff, promoting excellent customer service.
Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the clinic's operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine and business management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of veterinary practice management software (e.g., Cornerstone, EzyVet).
Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Commitment to the highest standards of patient care and customer service
