Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced small animal clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and business management, with a focus on customer service and team building.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the clinic's business operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff, promoting excellent customer service.
• Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the clinic's operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine and business management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of veterinary practice management software (e.g., Cornerstone, EzyVet).
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Commitment to the highest standards of patient care and customer service
