Are you a recent grad, or soon to be grad who has a goal to be clinically adept at dealing with a wide breadth and depth of cases as part of a privately owned practice team?  Our outlook is that we as GP's can accomplish a tremendous amount of advanced training and skills development outside of an institutional environment (while making a great living of salary based compensation @ $100-150K+ annually).
