Johnson-McKee Animal Hospital, located in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking to grow our successful practice with the addition of a Managing Veterinarian

***$50,000 Signing Bonus***

While dogs and cats are the mainstay of the practice, there is a thriving exotic population in the area. Resumption of treatment for pocket pets, birds, bunnies and other small animals could easily be accomplished. JMAH has an extensive dentistry program for those interested in this all-important facet of pet health. There is also potential for growth in orthopedics, rehabilitation and behavioral medicine.

As our Managing Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and crafting an environment that fosters teamwork and quality medicine. You will also partner with the Hospital Manager to ensure the success and growth of the hospital and work with Divisional Leadership to accomplish hospital goals. Your duties will include: coordinating cases to ensure positive outcomes, accurate estimates, and excellent client communication, establishing protocols, and leading staff members in education and performance.

JMAH has been a presence in the area since 1946. Our focus is nurturing the bond between clients and their pets and extending those relationships through preventive medicine and education. We have a large base of established clients and welcome new affiliations.
