We are offering a highly competitive compensation package, generous hiring bonus, relocation costs, and we not only offer traditional work schedules but also explore creative & flexible work schedules.  In short, we offer a positive life/work culture that meets today's professional and lifestyle needs and would allow the DVM downtime exploring Alaska, traveling the world or visiting family and friends.  We recently launched our updated salary range and hiring bonus -- our salary range for experienced new DVMs  (base + production) is in the $150K to $200K range for FT practice (3-4 days a week) with a $25K hiring bonus for full time candidates that sign on for a one-year stint.  We understand that doctors that are not from Alaska (or Anchorage if they live elsewhere in Alaska) will need to build vacations and time away visiting family and friends in the Lower 48 or elsewhere into their practice schedule and financial budget.
