Tryon Equine Mobile is expanding to meet the needs of our clients and our veterinarians. Due to the high client and patient demand and the need to maintain a reasonable and sustainable lifestyle for our dedicated veterinarians, we are seeking to increase our veterinary team AND decrease driving time!

Tryon Equine Mobile continues its mission to provide quality niche care to a varied and diverse caseload while offering veterinarians a platform to realize their career goals in an environment that provides mentorship, support, and state-of-the-art equipment.

We have job openings in two regions of the greater Charlotte area:

Tryon Equine Mobile SOUTH:  Waxhaw and surrounding towns south of Charlotte are home to a growing number of sport horses. This opening is geared to veterinarians seeking to be part of this vibrant, growing area located 1:30 from Tryon International Equestrian Center, and our partner and referral practice, Tryon Equine Hospital.

Tryon Equine Mobile NORTH: the perfect fit for veterinarians seeking a career with a well-rounded caseload and the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with your clients and your fellow veterinarians.

Tryon Equine Mobile veterinarians enjoy a unique and close relationship with Tryon Equine Hospital, including mentorship, 24/7 advice, and help with cases from board-certified surgeons and an internal medicine specialist. Continuing education and the opportunity to develop FEI credentials and experience are available in collaboration with Tryon Equine Hospital.

• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive friendly attitude.
• Team player with a commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine.

About Tryon Equine Mobile

Tryon Equine Mobile is an ambulatory clinic of Tryon Equine Hospital and part of the Avanti Equine Veterinary network. We serve a very active, diverse, and growing equestrian community in the greater Charlotte area. Our team includes 5 doctors and 4 support staff. We are an integrative ambulatory clinic that offers a full range of on-farm diagnostics and treatments, including digital radiology, ultrasound, gastroscope, shockwave, laser, bloodwork, and dentistry, along with acupuncture and chiropractic services. Our veterinarians enjoy a 4-day work week and a rotating emergency on-call schedule. We are supported by Tryon Equine Hospital’s team of experts, including board-certified surgeons and an internal medicine specialist. Their fully staffed hospital/surgical facility is located just 2 hours from our ambulatory office and offers standing MRI.
