About Crown Point Animal Hospital

Crown Point Animal Hospital is a 2-3 doctor small animal hospital in Northwest Indiana. Crown Point is located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and from the Indiana Dunes National Lake shore in the other direction. We moved to our current location in 1991. Dr. Kelly purchased the practice in 2000 after 10 years of working at CPAH. Our goals include; improving the understanding clients have of their pets needs, offering services to fit individual patient needs, and serving and participating in our community.
