How can you have any quality of work/life balance without knowing when you are going to work? We will never change your schedule without your permission. Our GP doctors work four 8 hour shifts per week and two 6 hour weekend shifts per month (average of 35 hours per week). MENTORSHIP - Our medical director meets individually with our new/recent grads regularly and there is always someone available to discuss cases with.
