Is it your dream to be part of a veterinary team that values high quality, honest, evidence-based medicine, as well as the personal and professional growth of all its staff members? At Veremedy Pet Hospital, our dedicated, team-oriented staff works hard to provide the best veterinary care in a beautiful rural setting, while still appreciating work/life balance.
Veremedy was founded on the principles of open and honest communication with clients, and has maintained a long-standing positive reputation in the community as the place to go with challenging cases. Our mission is to create treatment plans that work with the owner’s philosophy and budget. We focus on “burying the needle” customer care, while never pushing unnecessary products and tests. We are proud of our dedicated and talented staff and value individual input and encourage open team communication.
Nestled in the beautiful Upper Valley in Vermont, our two locations are conveniently situated near big-city amenities, but allow for ample outdoor pursuits, such as skiing, hiking, kayaking, and more.
Our locations are fully staffed with highly experienced and friendly veterinary nurses, assistants, and customer care personnel. Both locations have digital record keeping, digital radiology, full surgical and dental suites, including dental radiology. There is no on-call responsibility, as a 24-hour emergency hospital is located just a short drive from either location.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate and professional, with a positive attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills. While experience, particularly in surgery and dentistry, are desired, we are open to mentoring and growing the right individual. Benefits include superior salary, medical benefits (including health, dental, and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, paid vacation/sick days, license and association dues, and liability coverage.
If you're looking to join a veterinary team with a positive culture and a focus on employee well-being, we would love to speak with you. We can't wait to show you how special we are and look forward to hearing from you. New grads and experienced vets are encouraged to apply, our doctors are willing to train and mentor.
