If you are an associate Veterinarian with strong clinical and organizational skills as well as a desire to lead your own team we have a unique and very exciting opportunity for you! We are a Monday-Saturday Veterinary Center that has an outstanding reputation and a caseload that is bursting at the seams, and we are looking to expand our brand.
The vision for this position can be primarily sculpted by you. We have a proven track record in starting a non-cooperate clinic and are willing to help as little or as much as you need based on your strengths. This Medical Director/COO opportunity would be a Friday, Saturday and Sunday urgent care only practice with our brand as well as all of our state-of-the-art equipment at your disposal.
This is a unique and creative new way to increase ability to serve an underserved geographic area while also maximizing on already in place procedures and policies.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school or its equivalent
- Current license to work in Maryland
- Current controlled substance license
- Our ideal candidate has 2-5 years experience. Exotic experience (including but not limited to birds, reptiles, rodents, ferrets) not required but an interest in learning is. We will consider new graduates.
- A team player that caters to client satisfaction and quality of medicine
- Strong medicine skills are a must
- Strong surgical skills are preferred
