Southern Crossing Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited privately owned Small Animal practice located in Memphis TN. Formerly known as Greene Animal Hospital, Southern Crossing has served the East Memphis/Midtown area since the mid 1960s. Our mission includes our commitment to excellence in compassionate veterinary care, while fostering a culture that delivers exceptional customer service, strengthens the human animal bond and encourages staff flourishing. We are a 1.6 DVM practice that is excited to add an additional full time/part time DVM. Our practice has a positive atmosphere that values a team centric approach to the medical and administrative leadership of our practice. All of our leadership is Fear Free Certified with the goal of certifying all team members. Our DVM Owner, Dr. Carondelet Nollner is our Medical Director and a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners Certified in Canine/Feline Clinical Practice (1995). She is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University-CVM.  Our associate, Dr. Ashleigh White is a 2016 graduate of Mississippi State University-CVM.

As our mission states, excellence in compassionate patient care is a high value. Our equipment includes state of the art digital x-ray, Idexx laboratory in house machines and reference lab, diagnostic ultrasound including echocardiograms, digital dental x-ray and a high-speed dental unit. Our hospital is full service providing fear free medical/surgical care along with boarding and grooming. We are also in the process of building a new 4500 sq ft hospital facility.

Our culture is a high value and therefore a balanced quality of life is important for all staff. Full time DVMs practice 4.0 or 4.5 days a week. Part time DVMs practice 3 days a week.  After hours and weekend emergencies are referred to the local emergency hospital.

Southern Crossing Animal Hospital sets itself apart for practicing DVMs through our mentorship program. One on one mentorship, case rounds and surgical assistance are provided by both attending DVMs. Again, a team centric approach is our goal.
