Everything Old is New Again

Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic (DAMC) has been a respected practice in Doylestown, PA for 36 years. In the same building. In the same place. Owned and operated by two local residents. And while our facility is in need of remodeling (KEEP READING...IT GETS BETTER), our equipment is state of the art: digital radiography (including dental), lab facilities, and surgery equipment. But the good news is, is that you’ll find yourself working in a brand-new, remodeled facility in the coming year! Our renovation is underway and DAMC, while maintaining its employee spirit and commitment to the community, will be brand-spanking new in just a short period of time.

As we just mentioned, we are owned by two Doylestown residents—not a corporation with corporate interests and corporate guidelines to follow. We value the communication between our doctors and staff to make the best decisions for our patients based on the patients’ individual needs and not guidelines set up by an entity looking to their bottom line. And their diverse backgrounds make for a lively day even while facing the challenges that each new patient brings.

Earn Up to $150,000 Annually + $5,000 Retention Bonus

A full-time Associate Veterinarian will make a guarantee + commission that could be $150,000 annually or more. Full time Associate Veterinarians work one dedicated surgery day each week  and four appointment shifts. Part time Associate Veterinarians can work flexible shifts with a minimum of 2-3 shifts weekly. 

AAHA and Fear Free Certified

Our hospital is both AAHA and Fear Free Certified. As a DAMC Associate Veterinarian, we will support you during your journey to becoming Fear Free certified over the course of your first year of employment. We have found that practicing Fear Free medicine has enhanced the visits of many patients who have long been too fearful and anxious during their appointments with their vet.

• Experience preferred but not required
