Seeking an associate veterinarian for a true mixed-animal practice located just north of Weatherford in Peaster, TX.  Candidates should be self-motivated and willing to participate in all aspects of the practice.  Competitive compensation is commensurate with experience.  Benefits include health insurance, PLIT, CE allowance, paid association dues (one local and one national), retirement plan, and license fees paid.  

The facility is approximately 12,000 sq. ft. situated on approximately 11.5 acres.  The companion animal hospital has 6 exam rooms, 2 common treatment areas, 2 surgery suites, isolation ward, in-house HESKA laboratory equipment, cold laser, digital radiography and ultrasonography, dental equipment including digital dental radiography, and pharmacy.  The separate but connected large animal/equine facility consists of 2 equine exam rooms with stocks, 5 stalls with attached runs, surgery/recovery suite, and a hydraulic squeeze/tilt chute with 6 holding pens all under cover.  A covered equine lameness exam area approximately 60' x 120' sits between the two facilities.  There are two small living quarters for visiting guests/students on premises.  Fully equipped ambulatory truck provided for each associate.

NTVH has the capabilities to perform extracorporeal shockwave therapy, regenerative medicine including ProStride, Restigen, and stem-cells, portable endoscopy and gastroscopy, laser surgery, digital radiography and ultrasonography.
