Want to work in the city? Want to work for a non-corporate practice? Want a great work/life balance?
South Bay Veterinary Group and the Charles Street Animal Clinic are seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our bustling urban small animal practice. We currently have 6 veterinarians practicing in two established clinics that treat exclusively dogs and cats. We have been privately owned since the 1980s and strive to maintain that neighborhood practice feel while evolving to meet modern practice standards!
South Bay Veterinary Group and our satellite clinic, the Charles Street Animal Clinic, are exclusively small animal general practices. We are equipped with an in-house laboratory, radiography and surgical suite. We welcome a mobile cardiologist, ultrasonographer/internist and board-certified surgeon on a bi-weekly rotation. Additionally, the support staff is intelligent, caring and hard-working. We have a strong emphasis on collaboration and teaching amongst all team members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience, a great medical and surgical background and fantastic bedside manner. Ethically sound medicine and a keen sense of humor are essential.
Salary is commensurate with experience and we provide a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverages, liability insurance, AVMA and MVMA dues, VIN membership, MA license and DEA license fees, USDA accreditation fees, CE allowance, as well as vacation, holiday, sick and personal time.
South Bay Veterinary Group is deeply committed to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusiveness. We are an equal opportunity employer. Persons of color, LGBTQ persons and other minorities are encouraged to apply.
