What You’ll Be Working On
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
- Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
- Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Michigan
- Two years of experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working with exotics is preferred
- Experience working in dentistry, sonography, acupuncture and/or rehabilitation cases preferred
- Experience working orthopedic surgical cases is a PLUS!
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
