I changed the listing for this job from associate veterinarian to intern/resident because I wanted to attract those who have a deep desire to learn the art of practicing excellent medicine. I am not going to try to attract someone with pay, benefits, etc....these are all things that we can provide competitively, but I want special people to work here. I want people with a PASSION for medicine and surgery, not someone looking for a paycheck and vacation. I guarantee you will be paid very well and if you do well, will be raised often. I do NOT pay based on production. I have always thought this is very unethical.
