TruVet Specialty and Emergency Hospital is looking for an Associate GP to join our team! We are a privately owned, specialty referral hospital located in Sonoma County, California’s beautiful wine country. Established in 2020, we are a rapidly growing practice providing exceptional specialty and emergency care to our community.
Our current specialties include Internal Medicine and Surgery and we have an outstanding Emergency team. We are looking to expand with the addition of an urgent care general practice which will help support our community need and allow the emergency doctors to focus on the more critical emergencies. We envision scheduled day time appointments and either a three or four day work week depending on the hours desired. We are a highly collegial group with an incredibly dedicated support staff. Our vision is to build a multispecialty hospital where collaboration and approachability are fostered, personal and professional growth are encouraged, and where hard work and fun can coexist. We are seeking people eager to work together and share the excitement of this venture.
Last year, we completed the build-out of a 6,600 square foot hospital which provides plenty of space, with the option to expand in the future when needed. Situated at the edge of Northern California’s wine country Petaluma, California is in easy proximity to the coast as well as San Francisco. Wineries, brew pubs, and restaurants abound, making Petaluma and the surrounding area a haven for foodies. Despite this, Petaluma still manages to maintain that small town feel with quaint architecture and beautiful hiking trails.
