2. We believe in the value of CE and giving you opportunities to grow your skills with us.  You'll get a mix of seeing clients and surgery with lots of interesting cases.

3. We are not a corporate owned practice so you have opportunities to provide input and practice like you envisioned when you decided to become a vet focused on the care of your patient. We hold monthly staff meetings and quarterly check ins to stay connected to you and hear ideas.

4. Opportunities to be part of our national training program helping others open clinics focusing on increasing access to care and potential for profit sharing or buy into becoming a part owner.
