Ocean County Veterinary Hospital has provided pet owners and their companions extra TLC for over 50 years in Lakewood, New Jersey. We are the largest, privately operated animal hospital in Ocean County. But even though we offer the advantages of a big medical center, each of our patients receives very personal care.

Ocean County Veterinary Hospital is a ten-doctor practice with an AAHA Membership (four-year certification) that is fully computerized, busy, progressive, well equipped, well staffed and has a varied caseload. We provide an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to practice virtually all aspects of clinical small animal medicine and surgery (including exotics if desired) in a professional work environment. We are also in the planning stages of instituting an emergency service for our clients. Both of our facilities are modern with a pleasant and professional work environment.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, client-oriented and willing to work as member of our hospital team. Lakewood and Toms River in New Jersey is approximately 1½ hour east of Philadelphia, 1½ hour south of New York City, 1-hour north of Atlantic City and only 15 minutes to the beach. The surrounding area is a pleasant, suburban community with numerous recreational activities.
