Job Description |

|
Veterinary techncian needed full time. If you are energetic, cheerful, organized, self-motivated, detail oriented with strong communication skills, Animal Avian Hospital of the Village would love the oppportunity to speak with you. We currently have an opening for a highly skilled veterinary nurse with strong anesthesiology skills for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pocket pets and non hoofed native wildlife. In addition to this strength, other aspects of nursing skills are essential: in house blood analysis,sample preparation to outsidelaboratories, dentistry, ultrasound, digital radiography, pulse oximetry, laser surgery, and monitoring critically ill pets to name a few.

Additional Salary Information: Benefit package: paid vacation after first year. $200.00 health insurance bonus per month. $85.00 uniform allowance after first 6 months and every year thereafter. Well time and well time bonus yearly. Discounted pet services and products for staff members.

Requirements |
|
|
Proficient in anesthesiology and monitoring of patient under anesthesia according to AAHA standards. Anesthesia equipment maintenance. Anesthesia skills include dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pocket pets and non hoofed wildlife. Standard veterinary technician requirements.
