The associate veterinarian is responsible for handling medical and surgical care for patients of IVC. He or she will work with assigned technicians and assistants to examine, diagnose, prognose, and treat appropriately.
Obtain and maintain Arkansas veterinary medical license, obtain and document continuing education credits in an amount sufficient to maintain license in good standing.
Practice high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for patients of IVC insuring excellent client communication, provide accurate estimates and client communication.
Be available for required after hour patient care and emergency care. Produce organized, legible, and properly formatted medical records in full compliance with Arkansas Veterinary Medical board.
